- Cancer Consultation & Diagnosis
Dr. Keith Mills has been treating cancer patients for more than 25 years, and is the most experience medical oncologist in the region. We are happy to offer consultations for medical referrals, but a doctor’s referral is not necessary.
- Evaluation & Treatment of Blood Diseases
Our oncologist/hematologist is experienced in treating all types of blood diseases.
- On-site Chemotherapy Administered By Experienced Oncology Nurses
Each of our registered nurses is certified in administering chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments. And, we have two of only a few Oncology Certified Nurses in central Wyoming.
- Cancer Treatment Plans Conveniently Coordinated with Other Physicians
Cancer treatment plans can be complex and confusing. Let us manage your cancer care from diagnosis to remission. We’ll coordinate with other physicians to meet your needs, even when we don’t offer those services.
- Care Coordinated with Oncologists from Cancer Centers Across the United States
Our oncologist maintains contact with oncologists at major cancer centers across the nation. We are happy to coordinate your care with those physicians to best meet your needs and wishes.
- On-Site CT scans, Digital Mammography, Nuclear Medicine Services, Bone Density Studies, MRI
Wind River Oncology and Riverton Memorial Hospital offer a wide variety of advanced technology equipment for diagnostic imaging, allowing you to undergo these tests on-site, without traveling hundreds of miles.
- Palliative Care Services
Palliative care is the art of easing physical, emotional, and spiritual symptoms of chronic disease. Wind River Oncology offers these healing services to our patients through our experienced palliative care physician.
- On-Site Laboratory Services
Because we’re located on the Riverton Memorial Hospital campus, we can provide on-site laboratory services from medical technologists with more than 20 years experience.
- Patient & Family Education & Counseling
We provide educational resources for treatment, including financial planning, nutrition counseling, physical therapy, massage therapy, and much more.
- Second Opinions
We are pleased to offer second opinions for your cancer diagnosis and treatment.
