Call us at 307-856-4688 to make your first appointment. The receptionist is available to make appointments Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. A doctor referral is not necessary.
You also should bring a list of your current medications and allergies, along with the names and contact information of your primary and referring physicians.
Wind River Oncology is located at 1035 Rose Lane, Riverton, Wyoming, on the Riverton Memorial Hospital campus. The Medical Office Building sits directly north of the Hospital.
Once you arrive, you’ll be asked to fill out a short questionnaire to provide us with demographic and financial information, as well as to assist the physician in better assessing your case. We also ask that you contact us for a medical records referral form prior to your visit so we have your most up-to-date medical information available.
Your initial consultation may take up to 90 minutes. Following that appointment, the physician may order further testing, treatment or follow-up appointments.
